Muhammad Posted June 16, 2008 Share Posted June 16, 2008 Hey guyz,Just watched something on the telly about "the miracle berry" after you eat it, it's meant to make sour stuff taste sweet, so you eat a lemon and it'l make it taste amazing. Anyway i was thinking of ordering some to try out with shisha and see how it tastes. Lasts for an hour or two.I'm not sure if it would work with shisha (unless you ate it?) as I would have thought that most of the flavour comes from your olfactory system. Be interested to see how it goes; I've had some on order for a couple of weeks (hasn't arrived yet) but I was only really going to use it for Fruit Tripping. If you know where to look you can find a concentrated and freeze dried form for much cheaper. Most of the cost is shipping the fresh berries. Anyway..I ordered a packet of miracle berry tablets from http://www.miracleberrypill.org and had a pipe or two, then when I got the munchies I had the miracle berry tablet.After easting the tablet (you dont eat it you let it dissolve on your tongue and voer as many taste buds as possible)..I first tried the lemon, oh my god it was so delicious, then tomato .. I just couldnt stop eating them, you wont beleive how delicious they are untill you try one. I wouldn't go as far to say that I'd eat them all the time (and all that citrus acid is probably quite bad for your teeth and stomach) but definitely worth a try.Lemons tasted quite sweet, raw rhubarb was absolutely amazing, tangy goats cheese tasted like cheese-cake, kefir was like a lassi, grapefruit was probably the best (really sweet and juicy) but mushroom ketchup was bloody awful, so don't try it kids.
